Right to Cancel – Cancellation Form

You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason without any charge whatsoever.

You can cancel the agreement after this time as detailed in the Terms and Conditions.

If you cancel this agreement within the first 14 days no charge will be payable (except under clause 6c of the client agreement). If you cancel after 14 days Claims (London) Ltd reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee based upon the time since Claims (London) Ltd was instructed, the amount of work carried out on the case and the prospects for success of the claim. This will be based upon the time spent on the case charged at the following hourly rates: £100 plus VAT for junior staff; £180 plus VAT for senior staff and £250 plus VAT for work by the directors of CLAIMS.  For agreements after 1st March 2022 The maximum cancellation fee would be based of the amount we believe you would receive if the claim was successful (if we have sufficient information to assess this). If we do not have sufficient information then the maximum fee would be based on our average claim size over the previous full financial year.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform Claims (London) Ltd, Studio 2a, 100 Villiers Road, London, NW2 5PJ (Phone 0208 947 6046, Fax 0844 774 2433) of your decision to cancel the contract by any clear statement (e.g. the form below, a letter sent by post, fax, e-mail, verbally or in person). You may use the below model cancellation form but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
